Assistant Store Manager (M/F/D)

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US – YOUR JOB:

Management & Team Empowerment: Together with the Store Manager, you organize the daily store operations, plan staff, support and motivate the team, and ensure a smooth process and a positive working atmosphere.
Style Expertise: You have a good sense for trends and advise our customers with passion.
Visual Merchandising Impact: You actively contribute to perfectly showcasing our Rich & Royal collection – always with a focus on a uniform and high-quality store and brand image and our VM guidelines.
Operations Flow: You will take on commercial tasks such as cash reconciliation, receiving goods, complaint management and inventory work.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING – YOUR SKILLS:

HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK

You have professional experience in selling high-quality lifestyle or fashion products.
You have gained initial experience in a deputy leadership role or as a team lead.
You are proficient in using cash register systems and have a routine in administrative processes.
