Conditions of Participation Competition - Valentine's Special

The organizer and person responsible for the competition is Peter Stupp Design Mode GmbH, Siemensstraße 6, 71691 Freiberg am Neckar. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be addressed to Peter Stupp Design Mode GmbH. The prize is a romantic trip to Paris for two people, including hotel accommodation at "Les Jardins d´ Eiffel Paris" (subject to availability) and train tickets.

1. Participation: The competition takes place from January 11th, 2025 to February 21st, 2025. Participation is by making a purchase at Rich & Royal. Proof of purchase is required to confirm your purchase during the promotional period. A photo of the receipt must be uploaded for this purpose.
2. Eligibility to participate: Persons who are permanently resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Peter Stupp Design Mode GmbH and their relatives are excluded from the competition.
3. Prize distribution: The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the conditions. The prizes are non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash.
4. Prize notification: The winner will be notified of their win by email from the organizer on Monday, February 24, 2025. To accept the prize, the winner must email the organizer their full name and current postal address by Friday, February 28, 2025, 12:00 p.m. If the winner does not do this, they will no longer be entitled to receive the prize. A new winner will be drawn at random. The winner is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are correct. There is no guarantee that the prize will be delivered successfully. There is no provision for re-shipment in the event of non-delivery.
5. Exclusion of participants: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use multiple email addresses or similar to increase their chances of winning, who manipulate the competition or the game process technically, or who otherwise violate these terms and conditions, from participating in the competition at any time and without prior notice. In the event of exclusion, prizes and benefits can also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively. Participation by competition agencies and other automatically generated mass mailings is expressly excluded and will not be taken into account when determining the winner.
6. Disruption and suspension of the competition: The organizer cannot be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, in particular failures of the telephone network, the network, electronics or computers. The organizer reserves the right to suspend the competition completely or temporarily if any difficulties arise that endanger the integrity of the competition. The participant accepts necessary changes to the competition that are caused by other factors outside the control of the companies involved in the implementation of the competition.
7. Data protection information: We process your data (name and address) to contact the winner and to send the prize. After the competition has ended, your data stored with us will be stored for three years from the end of the calendar year. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 b) GDPR in connection with the contract. You have the right to free information about the data we have stored about you. If the legal requirements are met, you may also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. You also have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have made available to us from us in a structured, common and machine-readable format; you can then transmit this data to other bodies or have it transmitted. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority for data protection. 8. Final provisions: The competition is subject to German law. Legal recourse is excluded.
