There are several ways to collect points for your Circle account. You receive points just for signing up and for every purchase in the Rich & Royal online shop. You'll find even more ways to collect points in your Circle account.
With every purchase in the Rich & Royal online shop, you collect points. For every euro of the shopping cart value, you receive one point.
No, you can only collect points in the Rich & Royal online shop.
In the event of returns, the corresponding points value will be deducted from your Circle account.
You can find your current points balance in your customer account in the The Circle area.
Once you've reached the required number of points, you can redeem them for an exclusive discount voucher. Select the desired voucher in your Circle account and receive your personalized discount code via email.
No, there are no different membership levels.
Yes, your collected points are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If the points are not redeemed within this period, they will automatically expire.
You can easily recommend Rich & Royal to family and friends. In your Circle account, you'll find a link to a personal discount code that you can share. Once your friend or family member completes their first order and redeems the code, you'll automatically receive a reward via email.
Once your friend completes her first purchase and redeems your discount code, your reward will be automatically activated. You'll receive your reward via email.
We will regularly inform you by email about new promotions, special benefits and exclusive offers.
If you would like to delete your customer account, please send a short email to our customer service. Please note that deleting your account will also result in the loss of all points collected.
